ConceptEngine is a platform that captures knowledge using a simple, powerful language and a data model that can capture just about anything you can imagine. We are excited to see what you do with it!

Terms of Service

At the moment of signing up, you have 14 days of free usage. You do not need to provide billing information. After the trial has ended, you must sign up for a paid subscription in order to continue using the platform. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account page.

All data you create is owned exclusively by you.

Privacy

We do not view, export, or utilize your data in any way. For authentication, we use the Auth0 platform, which creates cookies to persist your authenticated session. See Auth0’s privacy policies here. We do not make use of cookies in any other way. By logging in, you agree to the use of the above mentioned cookies.

We conduct payments on the Stripe platform, and do not store or handle your billing details within our own database. Your Stripe customer ID is stored in order to look up your subscription status. See Stripe’s privacy policies here.
